What's Your Next Step?

We’d love to help you take a step to grow toward faith or grow in faith.

FOLLOW JESUS

Ever wondered what it takes to call yourself a Christian? It's not nearly as complicated as you might think.

Look at what the scriptures say

If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,‘ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

ROMANS 10:9

That’s it. Confess with your mouth. Believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord...that God raised him from the dead, and your sins are forgiven and your relationship with God is begun. Do that, and you’re a Christian.

But you’re probably thinking, “Don’t I have to be a better person first?”

No, you don’t. You don’t change in order to gain God’s love, you change because you’ve experienced his love. When you trust Jesus as your Saviour, you walk into the fullness of God’s love. Gradually, over time, God’s love changes you as you follow Jesus. You change because you’re loved, not in order to be loved.

Believing in Jesus is the first step on the greatest journey of your life. You haven’t finished the race—you’ve just gotten started.

GET BAPTIZED

Baptism is something Christians have been doing for thousands of years to symbolize their faith in Christ.

Baptism is a public declaration of your private faith in Jesus Christ.

Even if you were baptized as an infant we would love to talk to you about how you can have the experience of baptism now that it is your choice.

JOIN THE MISSION

If you are ready to get involved, there’s no better time than now. We have a wide variety of volunteer opportunities for you to try out - no long-term commitments.

We think by serving you’ll grow. And you might discover what other people have discovered: that while you think volunteering requires something from you, it will actually do something good for you and in you.

INVITE A FRIEND

When you discover a great new restaurant or app, what’s the first thing you do? Tell a friend.

Faith is like that. It’s better with friends. Don’t keep the good news to yourself.
